ACCUVON Rotary Lobe
Description:
Food grade lobe pump is one of the products specially developed by
ACCUVON pumps company to meet the customers in the production
process of high hygiene requirements. Working chamber has sanitary
rotor, rotor locking nut O - ring, pump body without sanitary dead
angle and Higher hygienic grade. Support CIP, SIP. The surface
roughness is 0.2--0.6mm, in accordance with 3A, FDA standards. Can
be widely used food, medicine and other materials with high
requirements for hygiene level.
Selection:
ACCUVON offers a wide material variety. The pump casings are
available from cast iron up to duplex-stainless steel, the casing
protection plates provide materials up to ceramic and the rotors
include a wide range of geometries and materials (elastomer coated,
PUR, PTFE up to stainless steel).
Different needs require different materials and dimensional
features.
The wide range of different materials for rotors, make it possible
to configure and build the perfect ACCUVON Rotary Lobe Pump for
each application.
